Description:
African Mango is a rare fruit that is found only in the rainforest of Cameroon, Africa. You may also see it called by its scientific name Irvingia Gabonensis. This product claims to flush toxins, burn fat, and be 100% natural.
Review:
Irvingia Gabonensis, which is produced from African Mango seeds, is listed as the active ingredient in the supplement.
The supplement claims that it specifically targets belly fat, a common problem area for many dieters. Although, this is good news for most consumers, the manufacturer of the product doesn’t suggest the need for diet and exercise. These types of claims seem “too good to be true” and most likely are.
The only disclosed ingredient we could find was the African Mango extract. It would be nice if they provided more information on the product by listing the other non-active ingredients in this supplement. African Mango does not contain any patented ingredients, so there is nothing truly unique about this product verses other products containing Irvingia Gabonensis on the market.
Another downside is the high dosage amounts that the extract needs to be effective. The extract calls for about 1500mg three times daily. However, the dosage is not currently listed on their product site. The amount of Irvingia Gabonensis you need to have the most effect results cannot be determined to be in this product. Therefore, this may or may not be a good product of choice. You should purchase African Mango extract with a great deal of reservation.

I currently take Carvedilol (6.25) 2X per day. In the past I have not been able to take anything with Ephedra or Mau huang, etc. I ordered the 100% African Mango and took 2 capsules yesterday 1 before lunch and 1 before supper, I was unable to sleep last night. Will this change or should I not take this produtc?
